Council Vehicle Crossings and Pavements come in many specifications, as stipulated by each individual council. We have great relationships with our councils and their inspectors, to ensure your council assets are built to required standards and quality without fail. Prior to replacing your council assets, you will require a permit, which we will assist you in obtaining. Council inspectors will also inspect pre prep and pre pour, both of which we will handle for you.
*Please Note - If you are building a new property or carrying our renovation works, it is recommended that you leave the council crossings and pavements until last, to ensure they do not get damaged during the construction process by trucks, large vehicles etc. Pricing will vary depending on whether new, replacement or relocation is required, and also if drainage pits are required within the crossover.
