HASTINGS ST, MCKINNON

With the owner of the property in China, we were enagaged by the builder to undertake the majority of the exterior works for this high ticket build in Mckinnon. A tricky site, with narrow access down either side of the property and a small door to the rear of the garage. Lots of consideration had to be given for the logistical challenges of the site.
The owner wanted a very low maintenance, low key landscape, with very little planting and turfing, and a blank canvas for future Japanese style garden in the small courtyard. With lots of delays on the build side, were were on and off site over a period of 5 months, although our 'on site time' would be somewhere between five and six weeks in total.

Crisp and Clean

With a minimalist design remit, we followed the guidelines to bring to fruition a crisp and clean landscape for the owners to personalise when they moved in.
