JUDD ST, CAMBERWELL
We were engaged by our client, who was nearing completion of their new build home, which was almost a carbon copy of another property they had seen and liked, with its own distinct style.
Shane & Christy showed us an image of the property exterior and asked if we could somewhat replicate it, using similar materials and design, a challenge which we were very happy to accept.
Our scope included front and rear concreting, with a long and windy front driveway encased by bluestone pitcher edging, brick edging to the front yard, fully automated irrigation (slow drip and pop up sprinklers) system, planting, mulching, vehicle crossing and pavements, fencing and all required plumbing and electrical provisions.
The beauty of this job was the understanding and flexibility of our clients, who listened to us and our recommendations in order to create a scope that would deliver their vision, within budget.
Our full scope of works from start to finish, (with some delays in the middle due to builder rectifications etc), was 5 weeks on site.
Notable mentions to our suppliers, Gully Premix (Concrete), R&S Grating (Custom channel drains), Surrey Hills Garden Supplies (Rock, Soil, Mulch), Anco Turf (Instant Lawn)
And of course, the team for working through rain and shine to get this project over line in time for 'move in' day.
