Our client was nearing the completion of a pair of investment properties in Bentleigh East, with Carter Grange. Living interstate, they needed someone to manage to completion of the exteriors, post handover, right the way through to rental and sale.
We worked in a scope that covered all of their requirements, with a fairly low budget, within a rigid timeline that gave us 5 weeks from start to finish, in order for staging and photos before one property was listed for rent, and the toher for auction.
We were given full control of the site and liased with builder, council (for vehicle crossing and pavements permits), neigbours (for fencing requirements), and the real estate agents for propery access, staging and photos, as well as viewings.
The projects was successfully completed within time and budget and both properties were off the market within 4 weeks of completion, with our client visiting the property only twice during the process.
