WILLMOTT STREET, ASPENDALE

Our clients are a young family, whom having built their first home, had a clear and simple landscaping concept in mind which would tick all the boxes for them and their energetic little boy. The site required new fencing and retention to the LHS boundary, in order to raise the levels approximately 400mm throughout, due to the new property being built a lot higher than the old dwelling which previously stood. Over 120 cubic metres of fill were required in total, to bring the levels to the required heights.
The end result , (whilst not 100% percent complete yet. Decking / pergola, shed, planting will be completed by themselves at a later date), was a clean and simple combination of concreting, garden beds and turfing, with fully automated irrigation system, and provisions for future electric gates, lighting and outdoor kitchen. Total scope duration on site was a little under 8 weeks, with works being staggered over a three month period due to weather and other constraints. Notable thanks to our suppliers, Metromix (concrete), Fultons / Jodha Transport (rock, soil), Coolabah Turf (TifTuf Bermuda instant turf)
